10X10 Exhibit Booth
Each single 10×10 space costs $3,400.00 if reserved on or before April 31, 2024, $3,500.00 if reserved May 1 through July 31, 2024 and $3,600 from August 1, 2024 thereafter. Full payment is required when reserved in 2024.
- Each exhibiting company receives one full conference registration for a designated attendee.
- Each exhibiting company receives four exhibit hall badges for the first booth ordered.
- Each exhibiting company receives two additional exhibit hall admission badges for each additional booth ordered.
- Each exhibiting company has the opportunity to place promotional materials in the attendee bag.
- Each exhibiting company will be listed in the Printed conference program.
- Each exhibiting company will be listed on the conference website, with a link to the company website.
- Additional tickets for the Tuesday reception in the exhibit hall can be purchased for an additional fee.
- Work passes will be provided for personnel on Sunday, August 25th and Monday, August 26th.
